Phase I of our Industrial Park is already under way. It consists of 26 acres which will be completed and have buildings available for lease or sale in the Fall of 2007. We are planning on building several spec. buildings ranging from 5,000 square feet and up, and are currently pre-selling pad sites. We also have 6.4 acres of commercial property that fronts West Memorial Drive and over 100 acres of industrial property available in Phase II. West Paulding Industrial Park is centrally located off of US 278 in Dallas between the new Paulding County Regional Airport and the new Paulding County Government Complex. Construction of the airport has began with the terminal area and runway expected to open in late 2008 and completion expected in 2010. The Paulding Government Complex is expected to be complete in late 2008.
